Roubenka Flora - cottage with sauna in the village Proseč - Záboří in Vysočina. Rent luxury luxury timbered cottages at the foot of Vysočina. Roubka Flora is located in a half-timbered area but still within walking distance of the picturesque town of Proseč. The cottage for rent provides accommodation for up to 14 persons in 4 bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen - ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, large fridge with 4 - socket freezer, electric kettle, all utensils and pots, two ovens as a part of tiled stove. Tiled stove with fireplace and period stove and bedtime behind the oven. Sanitary facilities: Bathroom No. 1 ground floor - shower, sauna, toilet, dressing table with washbasin. Bathroom 2 attic - shower, bathtub, toilet, dressing table with washbasin. Toilet at ground floor - toilet, wash-basin. Heating: The fireplace insert dispenses hot water to all radiators in the cottage (both on the ground floor and in all attic rooms and all bathrooms). In the main dormitory there are tiled stoves that more than adequately heat the whole room. It can also be heated in the common room in the fireplace. There are social games for adults and children including mini ping-pong. Outside seating under a covered terrace with barbecue, fireplace, playground and sauna for 4 people. Parking on site for 5 to 6 cars. Parking is not a problem with us. TRIPS WITH CHILDREN: Pastvisko - Horse Riding Station (0.5 km). It is literally 2 minutes from our ranch, where our neighbors are more experienced for riding horses and for those smaller rides in the saddle in the enclosure. Family skiing - Vysočina Arena - Nové Město Na Moravě, followed by Hlinsko, Svratka, Jimramov, Polička, Trhová Kamenice. Family cycling - Vysočina Cycle Route - New Town Na Moravě, daily cycling routes along the routes of Toulovec Maštalí. Family swimming, swimming - Aquacentrum Pardubice, Swimming Cihelna Pardubice, Trhová Kamenice, Policka, Chrudim, Svitavy, Litomysl, Pilská, Seč.
