Luxury Wellness Apartment - Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Luxury Wellness Apartment with whirlpool and sauna is located directly on the ski slope near the upper station of the cable car and is designed for the most demanding clientele. The 140 m² apartment including terraces (capacity up to 8 people) was designed by a leading Czech designer in cooperation with Austrian-Swiss architects specializing in alpine hotels and luxury Swiss chalets. The Luxury Wellness Apartment project was realized in the Czech Republic by its owner due to the absence of a link between luxury accommodation and wellness directly on the slopes as is commonly the case in Alpine resorts. The aim of the project is to provide clients with a comparable experience and comfort offered in 5 hotels and apartments in the Alps. If it is your habit to always enjoy the best of what the Czech mountains can offer, then welcome to our Luxury Wellness Apartment! The apartment for rent provides a rental for 2 to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. There is one double bedroom, one quadruple and one double (living room). All rooms are connected with the exit to the terrace and electrically controlled sun blinds! Sanitary facilities: 2x toilet and 2 bathrooms with showers. Complete floor heating - fireplace. Near the house: 2x parking place. For dining there is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as restaurant Lovčenka (20m) and restaurant Skácelka (400m). Design Luxury Wellness Apartment is a combination of modern and warm mountain features reminiscent of Swiss mountain chalets with their own private wellness. The apartment has two bedrooms (each with a patio entrance) with Velda's top Belgian beds for a good night's sleep and two comfortable bathrooms with showers and toiletries fitted with Villeroy & Boch premium sanitary facilities. The highest Bohemian mountains in the Giant Mountains are interwoven with a number of hiking and cycling trails, in winter there are the best skiing conditions in the Czech Republic. Our apartment is located directly on the ski slope (930 m above sea level) at the exit from the Horní Domky / Lysá horá rope station (operation also in summer). There are many ski lifts and ski slopes nearby for all types of skiers. We will arrange rental of skis, snowboards and other equipment. Entertainment all year round in the heart of the biggest ski area in the Czech Republic! In summer, mushroom picking, picking forest, walking, cycling, downhill Lysá hora (the beginning of the runway right at the apartment), or just lounging by grill in hammocks and sun loungers in the garden with a beautiful view of Rokytnice. Children will certainly experience contact with sheep and goats on the opposite sides.
